Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.

1. Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date and time.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to partial charges or may become non-refundable depending on:

  • provider policies,

  • prepaid reservations,

  • transportation arrangements,

  • and operational costs already incurred.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

4. Delays

Customers are requested to inform us immediately in case of delays. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable delays; however, additional waiting charges may apply.

5. Provider Cancellations

In rare situations, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to:

  • severe weather,

  • vehicle issues,

  • health or safety concerns,

  • or force majeure circumstances.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • an alternative service,

  • rescheduling,

  • or a refund when applicable.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are usually processed within several business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
